IT implementations - especially ERP implementations - are challenging, often combining a complicated IT project and an organisational transformation. They require a strong internal governance as well as a capable implementation partner. Applying the lessons learned by others can make a huge difference.
This session starts with an overview of the implementation process and where an implementation partner can assist. We then explain how to best contract an implementation partner and share many lessons learned.
